Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide using CTT (Portuguese Post) with registered tracking. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Portugal & Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

• International (US, Worldwide): Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ARCHIVE 351 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
